Let me tell you a bit about my mission:

I totally delight in helping people achieve their dreams by working with the programming of the subconscious mind. 

What really gives me joy is to help someone find their inner strength, their confidence and access their inner power. 

To watch someone go from confusion to clarity, to take those steps toward emotional freedom so that they are able to thrive in life's all endevours. 

It doesn't matter if you want better health, better relationships, more money, a different job or even if you don't know what you want... 

The key to any transformation is knowing that you can! 

That you hold the power to change. 

Now here's a bit about my own story and what I have overcome:

I used to believe that I'm not worthy of anything good, that my purpose was to live for everyone else, which led me to really distructive behaviours and situations. I found myself so broken and unworthy and unable to change anything about my life, so stuck and unhappy. 

I must have had someone watch over me, although I was not religious or spiritual at the time. Something woke me up and led me to start my healing journey... I was at a point of desperation and pain so deep that I couldn't have helped myself, so there was definitly a higher power at play here...

I have since overcome and freed myself from severly abusive relationsships, overcome addictions, risen from the ashes as a single mum to get my fil.kand. in behavioral science and later also trained and certified in different modalities like EFT (emotional freedom technique), ThetaHealing™ , Silent Counseling, Medical Intuition and HeartHealing™.  

This is what helped me at different stages in my healing journey and now I am ready to bring it all into the public and help other people to heal and thrive just like I did.
